This certification has been emitted by the Portuguese government authority this August and it effectively and immediately integrates QL in a very restricted circle of companies officially recognised as R&D entities capable of taking on technology and science based projects where the R&D and innovation factors are predominant.

This also makes QL particularly even more attractive for investment in in its projects or sub-contract of its R&D services by third-party companies and even investment funds, under the Portuguese Government fiscal incentive program SIFIDE, that can earn those investors up-to 82.5% in tax credit (IRC) valid for 8 years.‍
